Santana
The Santana potato has a cream to pale yellow colour. It is extremely competent for processing due to the colour structure it takes when cooked. It is also excellent for producing high quality fries.
Innovator
The Innovator is an oblong-shaped potato variety that has smooth skin and a creamy fleshy colour. It grows well in sandy soils and requires irrigation. Due to its dry matter content, it is excellent for boiling, baking and french frying. It has a beautiful colour when cooked and produces good-sized fries. Since its shape is big and long, it is ideal for producing large volumes of fries.Kennebec
The Kennebec potatoes are medium to large, elongated and ovate in shape with rounded ends. Their flesh is soft, firm, and starchy with minimal water content. They offer a rich, earthy, and notably nutty flavour. They are most sought out for their superior frying qualities as their best virtues are enhanced through frying.
