Preparation
- Deep Fry/Shallow Fry: Preheat oil to 175°C. Cook half basket of HyFun Aloo Tikki for about 3 minutes to a golden colour
- Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spread your HyFun Aloo Tikki in a single layer on a frying tray and air fry for approximately 12-15 minutes till light golden colour. Shake couple of times in between
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Arrange your HyFun Aloo Tikki in a single layer on a lightly greased baking tray and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes to a light golden

Preparation

Place your HyFun Soya Patty directly on medium heated non-stick pan / tawa.
Fry for 5- 6 minutes flipping it intermittently till golden brown colour. Grease the pan with refined oil or butter if required (Optional)
Micro-oven: Place upir HyFun Soya Patty and cook in heat mode for 3 minutes and 30 seconds until properly heated - Air Fry: Preheat the fryer at 200°C. Place single layer of 4-5 pieces of Patties in the baking tray. Air-fry at 200°C temp for 5 min, flip once done and again bake for 5 min. Remove from the Air Fryer and serve hot
