Preparation

  • Deep Fry/Shallow Fry: Preheat oil to 175° C. Put the desired quantity of HyFun Mumbai Aloo Vada directly from freezer and deep fry for 4 minutes
  • Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Put the HyFun Mumbai Aloo Vada in a single layer on frying tray and air fry for approximately 12-15 minutes till light golden colour. Shake couple of times in between
